About Me

I’m an Ecuadorian artist living in Northern Italy. Art has always been a part of my life, and, through teaching and creating, I have learned that there are infinite possibilities of expression and freedom in art.

I use coffee waste to create my art. I find that this material is versatile and allows me to have a free, sensory process in which I use my hands without the fear of getting them dirty.

I want people who see my work to feel the same experience that I feel when I create it. Through the textures, colors and aromas of my art, I want people to feel invited to embrace, touch and hold the work in their hands. I think it even serves as an allegory for how beautiful and fleeting life is.

My portfolio

My collection NFT

In collaboration with Francesco Piacenti, my NFT collection represents the fragility of things, people; in short: of life, of the moments you least expect in which everything suddenly changes or disappears.

The collection features different characters that come directly from my imagination. They are characters that I recognize and come to know only when I see them drawn with the help of coffee waste on the variety of different surfaces I use.

They’re works of art that do not exist in the physical world; they’ve simply vanished into thin air.

Each of my creations is a unique piece of art to be collected and discovered little by little.

My Experimental Art
Classes

For a long period of my life, I worked teaching art courses to all kinds of people, but I came to find that I especially enjoy working with people with physical or intellectual disabilities through art.

As in my art, I like to experiment in my teaching. By this I mean that I like to get to know and understand each person, to see how they relate to the materials, what their strengths are, so that I can offer them my best support and guidance, adapting myself to the individual, including modifying the materials if necessary.
